By using SlapAds, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. No Promises or Guarantees
SlapAds provides AI-generated videos to visually enhance your product presentation. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as increased sales, engagement, or other performance metrics.
2. Delivery Timeline
Videos are typically delivered within 24-72 hours. However, delivery times may vary based on demand, complexity, and other factors. SlapAds is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
3. No Edits or Revisions Included
Videos are generated as-is using AI technology. No edits or revisions are included in the base service.
Optional edits or customizations can be requested at a rate of $55 per hour, billed separately. Work on these requests will only begin after payment is received.
4. Sales Are Final
Once work has begun, all sales are final. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances. Ensure you provide accurate and complete information during your order submission.
5. Ownership and Usage Rights
SlapAds retains the right to use completed videos in promotional or portfolio materials unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
Clients retain ownership of the final delivered videos for their own marketing, advertising, or other lawful purposes.
6. Submission Requirements
Clients are responsible for providing accurate product URLs and creative assets (e.g., images, logos). SlapAds is not responsible for errors or omissions resulting from inaccurate or incomplete submissions.
7. Limitation of Liability
SlapAds is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our videos. Clients use them at their own discretion and assume full responsibility for how they are utilized.
8. AI Limitations
Videos are created using AI technology and may have inherent limitations in creativity, precision, or design consistency compared to manually crafted videos. These limitations are an understood part of the service.
9. Content Compliance
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all assets provided comply with intellectual property laws and do not infringe on any third-party rights. SlapAds disclaims any liability arising from the use of non-compliant materials.
10. Force Majeure
SlapAds is not responsible for delays, failures, or disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to technical issues, internet outages, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
11. Payment Terms
Full payment is required before work begins on any order. Additional charges for optional edits will be invoiced separately and must be paid in advance of work commencement.
12. Service Availability
SlapAds reserves the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion. If an order is canceled before work begins, a full refund will be provided.
13. Confidentiality
SlapAds will not share your provided assets, product details, or proprietary information with third parties, except as necessary to complete your order.
14. Updates to Terms
SlapAds reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
